This place is about as authentic redneck country as you can get in Chicago. The people here in cowboy boots and hats aren't dressing that way to be kitschy. Besides the theme, it's just a regular hole in the wall bar with a pool table in the back, but if you go, it's definitely for the country. They have country bands playing live several times a week and of course people rarely choose non-country songs on karaoke night. The service is good, as they pride themselves on real down home hospitality. This means that even if they aren't serving food, they might just heat up some wings for ya in the microwave so you won't starve.
