I love Chapel Hill and every time I arrive to the RDU they pick me up, new cars,very clean and Safe drivers, and the drivers look very professional and friendly. I always have a great time talking to them. They come pick me up 5 min before and give me a call before they come get me, which makes me feel safe that they will be here. Great job you guys! more

I travel frequently for business by air/ train, so dependability is key. These guys are NOT DEPENDABLE. First time I called them, they were right on time, it was a clean cab and the driver was very courteous. Second time, they decided not to show up. Story: I called them 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time since there was no cab for the pick-up. Person on the phone said he would call me right back. Another 5 minutes go by with no call, so I hit re-dial. He said the cabby had reached the wrong address and would be at my place shortly. Another 10 minutes go by, and since there was still no cab, I called back. This time I had trouble getting through. Got a call back from another number shortly after, a second person. He said they were not able to locate the first cab driver and an alternate cab was on its way, but said it would take him at least 15 minutes. No comments. Had my wife drive me to the Amtrak. Made it just in time. Looking for a dependable alternative. Suggestions? more
