Seriously, there is no better bbq around. Ribs have a bit of a tang to them, and the beef brisket is the bomb. Pulled pork is good, but average for the area. Dave the owner makes it a point to come out and shake hands and kiss babies... he should run for office... ""Ribs and beef brisket in every home!""..
One of his managers, the dude with the ponytail seems like he knows the business well and could answer all my questions about bbq.. my guess is that he is a pitmaster as well.
Overall great experience, as I have been back many times.
