Carolina Pediatric Dentistry

I have been going there for 3 years and it has been OK since day 1. BUT today was the last straw. Money is their main concern; above a person's feelings or how they treat the parents. Their receptionist (Shital) is very rude and condensending. Apprently their office, ""doesn't make mistakes."" \r \r What a horrible experience. My 4 children and I will NEVER go back. I absolutely hated it.\r \r And I agree with what the reviewer next to mine. Their waiting room is SOOO tiny. \r \r I DO NOT RECOMMEND more

Took my 1 year old in for his first dental check up. Arrived on time with paperwork completed and in hand. Waited 35 minutes before being called back. The waiting room was literally overflowing and their ""overflow"" waiting room was too. It was quite a challenge to entertain my one year old with all the commotion and the long wait time. Even when I asked how much longer it might be (at the 30 minute mark) no one made any attempt to apologize for how long it was taking. The staff was great with us and it was nice to have some books and things for my son to play with. I feel we got good care once it happened. We continued to wait on and off in the back though too. Total time: one and a half hours for a one year old check up! This is NOT an acceptable time frame for a 12 month old. Although we thought the staff seemed nice, it was clear this office overbooks itself and the consequence is long waits. I respect the dentist and staff's time by arriving on time and ready and I expect my time to be respected as well. This was not the case. My son has special needs and does extremely well at this dentist's practice. My only complaint would be that the waiting room is very small and can get crowded fast. But, we've never had to wait very long. The entire practice is painted with trees, animals, and bright colors suitable for kids. They are very creative in the way they explain things to the children. \r \r They also have a practice in Wake Forest and the dentists there are phenomenal. more
