Worst dentist I have ever been to. Office staff is terrible! I have had 2 cleanings here - the second appointment I ever had at this office was canceled due to a change in office hours and I had to reschedule. I never made it to my third appointment because once again the hours changed and I was forced to reschedule. When I finally did it was for the afternoon of 2/14 (Valentine's Day) and when I got to the office it was closed - sign off, doors locked. The Monday following I received an email stating that the office had closed early and that I could go in that afternoon. When I called to verify my appointment that Monday before I left they said it was never scheduled and I had to reschedule again. Terrible customer service! NOT worth it for the level of service and the length of the wait once you DO get an appointment. more

I would recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Brian is very friendly and explains what he is doing as he is working. The dental assistance are also very friendly and enjoyable. He has done a few fillings for me and I have had no problems at all. I enjoy watching the TV with headphones as they are working on my teeth. Overall a great experience! more

I would recommend this dental office to anyone. I had a terrible toothache and was able to get an appointment that day! They even accepted and filed my insurance.\r \r I'm a little scared of the dentist but the staff explained everything to me. The dentist was very friendly and efficient, he coached me through the entire appointment.\r \r The office decor was very modern with dim lighting that made you relax. I forgot my labtop at home and was able to use the one they have in the waiting area! When I was taken back, I discovered they had TVs in the rooms with wireless headphones. I was even given a warm towel at the end of my appointment!\r \r Great customer service!!\r \r Pros: nice staff, relaxing environment more

After moving to the Brier Creek area, I dreaded looking for a new dentist...after finding Carolina Dental Arts of Brier Creek, I no longer have to worry! Dr. Brian was very professional and explained everything very well and all of the girls made me feel right at home. The office looks like an upscale spa and the relaxing environment eased my fear of the dentist. I'd recommend their dental office to anyone that is looking for a new dentist!
