This is a fun place to go in Las Vegas (and it's free). Finest flair bartenders in Vegas. Only problem seems to be that the bar area (the best area to view the bartenders doing their thing) is usually packed to the gills. Usually has good cover bands but sometimes a dud act like Cookie Jar plays. I always hang out at the Court. Pros: Outdoor party time Cons: Crowded at the bar more

Hands down, by far, this bar has THE absolute BEST looking eyecandy behind the bar of any bar I've been to in Vegas. I have been coming to Vegas a minimum of 3 times a year for the past 4 years and as many times as 5 or 6 times a year. I've been to all the clubs, all the "it" places to go in Vegas, and I ALWAYS go back to Carnaval Court when I'm looking for a "down/chill" night because they have the best staff of any other bar in town. Not only drool worthy dudes flipping bottles all over the place, but they are actually nice too. Yeah, they get paid to flirt, but a lot of places the bar staff is stuck up.. but not here! They'll give you free shots if you chat 'em up a bit or just a nice wink (if you're a girl). Music is ok, a little repeatative, but still a fun atmosphere... the only thing I would say that's ever put me off about this place is the fact that there are some weirdos that venture in from time to time, but overall, my favorite spot to hit every time I'm in town! The carnival court atmosphere is unbelievable. The bartenders are hot and so talented.....BUT....My friends and I have been going there for the past 5 years and the bands they have playing have not changed on the weekends. The crashers are one example. They are a good band but I am so tired of going back every time and hearing the same old thing. So this time we will be finding another place to spend our money and not listen to the same old thing for the 5th year in a row. We have complained to management but nothing has changed. Just spent 4 days in Vegas and stayed at Harrah's.......I loved hanging out at Carnival Court! Great outdoor place to have drinks, enjoy the music and dance...or just sit & listen to the music & watch everyone else dance! Went to Vegas for a wedding & we came to Carnival Court after our limo ride down the strip...we had so much fun! My husband and I kept going back for the remainder of our stay....it was always the draw of the fantastic music/band that would bring us in and then we couldn't leave because we were having so much fun!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Doesn't matter what your age (besides kids of course)..or the way you dress....you can be dressy or casual....and no one was snobby!! We visited the restaurant with friends for our 10th anniversary return trip to Las Vegas. I am a huge Toby Keith fan and my husband is not but he sacrificed for me! While some of the food was tasty, we encountered a huge problem. My husband ordered the 100 ounce challenge (generally no problem). While eating it he notice that something was just not right with it but couldn't figure out what. As not to dissapoint me by not finishing he seperated the burger and tried finishing it that way. He then realized that it was the meat that was bad. He couldn't pin point it earlier because of all the condiments. I then tried the meat and immediately removed it from my mouth. It was absolutely horrible. There was no comparison to the burger I just ate! The waitress questioned us about not finishing it and we told her about the meat. At that point we had not even asked for the manager. He came over anyway. He was extremely condescending and had the attitude that we were complaining only because he had not completed the challenge. He offered a free t shirt to be sent in the mail (which we never recieved). That was absolutely no consolation when a half hour later he was in the bathroom and ruined the rest of our anniversary trip. He was ill for the following 5 days. Had I known that his sacrifice to visit the restaurant would keep him within 2 minutes of a bathroom for the next two days in Vegas, we would have never tried the restaurant and we will never again!! I understand that people probably complain all the time for free food but that was definately not the case with us. I have been in customer service for 20 years and when someone has a complaint, you treat it as if it is your grandmother complaining. You don't dismiss it off and offer them a t shirt that you never send! Pros: loved the music and atmosphere Cons: do not eat the food more

My husband and I stay at Harrahs everytime we go to Vegas, which is a least 1 time to 4 times a year, been coming to Vegas for about 7 years... We absolutely Love Carnival Court....Love the Bartenders, Waitresses, Music and Atmosphere of an outside Bar !!! It is like sitting in a filming of COCKTAIL! The bartenders are awesome...I took so many pictures, I could not believe what I was seeing...everytime I go back, we still take tons of pictures and we are still amazed at what those bartenders can do...I highly recommend this bar to everyone ! For people that do not really like the bar scene or are not into the bar scene...you will still love this place. Pros: bartenders more

The drinks, the entertainment, the music... WOW! It is all amazing. Bartenders are sooo amazing and down to earth!! I'm a local and I can't find myself stayin away! Especially when those crasher boys are performing!! Pros: Carnival Court in general is FUN!!! Cons: If it's cold, make sure you bring a sweater!! more

I have been going to Vegas every year since 1996, and the outside bar at Harrahs is the best place to start your night....everynight!! They now charge a small cover charge, but its well worth it. There is always a band or DJ playing at night. They have the strongest drinks in town by far! The bartenders make drinks like your watching "Cocktail" X 10. It does get very crowded towards 10pm, so get there around 8-830 to get a seat. They also now have Blackjack tables in the bar to play for all you gamblers that cant take a break. We always stop by whenever we come to Vegas. For those who like to dress up and do the trendy scenes, this is not a place for you. Bartenders are attentive (even though the bar area can get crowded) and they make strong drinks in flashy showmanship. It's can be a little crazy and loud, there was a rock band playing while we were there, but it was a lot of fun. Plenty of room to stand, sit and dance. No VIP area, no snobby scenesters and no need to dress up. more

awesome bar and the bartenders are entertaining.. our bartender,s name is Renee.. he kept us entertained the whole night.. we stayed until it closed.. and went home w/ no money.. we gave it all to the bartenders... the best night we ever had..... defenately gonna come back.. If you go to Vegas and like to party and dance, this is the place for you. We were staying close by at the Imperial Palace with our balcony facing the Carnaval Bar, which couldn't have been more perfect - listening to live music as we were getting ready to go out. We made this our last stop every evening for drinks and dancing until 0200 hrs. For you guys - if you like cleavage, there is plenty of it, and for the women - lots of hot men. I loved the outside atmosphere the best. When the band wasn't playing, they would have a DJ and all of the music was great for dancing. The bartenders are awesome to watch while mixing your drinks. I will definatley be hitting this place every night again the next time I am in Vegas! I forgot to mention this place is great for all ages (besides children of course)! Alright... I guess I should preface this by saying that I've been to Vegas a handful of times and generally don't spend my time at a bar. That being said my friends and I were killing some time (aka sobering up) sitting outside of Harrah's. We could hear a cover band that sounded good so we decided to check it out. Between the AMAZING band... the AMAZING bartenders and the fun we ended up hanging out for almost 6 hours on a Sunday night. Definitely the most fun I've had... granted I'm not the average "party in vegas" girl. But I'll be going back soon... and definitely will be spending an evening at the bar again. If you like live bands, entertaining bartenders AND a variety of drinks, this place is for you! A group of us stayed at Harrahs from 12/6 - 12/11 and partied at this bar on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! It is nonstop fun! The bartenders are not only very friendly but very entertaining! Tip well and you get plenty of shots! On Saturday night they rope off part of the bar and do a kick a$$ juggling show with flaming bottles and one of the bartenders actually balances about a 4 foot stack of bottles & glasses on his forehead. Sounds funny but its a sight! Bring your cameras! The band is great too, lots of dance music from the 80's & 90's. I can't say enough about this place - its a must see! This is the place for a quick cure of dancing fever. No cover charge during the week and very cheap on Saturdays! Less than $5.00! Go and dance with others and let your hair down outside in Vegas. Most nights are still comfortable in Vegas and being outside is great, with fresh air and fun. Go often! more

Went to Toby's for lunch today with some girlfriends. No wait, since we sat at the bar. We shared the fried bologna sandwich (SO yummy!) and a salad (gigantic). The bartenders were super entertaining with their tricks and bottle flipping! Apple-peach iced tea on a hot day was the perfect thing to cool down. The music was a little loud, but overall a great experience! Pros: great atmosphere Cons: prices seemed a little high, even for Vegas more

I've visited Toby's twice, the first tme with a group of women friends, the second with a man. It was a lot more fun with a group. The drinks and desserts are great. The entrees are pretty good too and an interesting nostalgic variety. Both times was a fairly long wait to get seated and their announcement system is WAY too loud and annoying. The bartenders are entertaining, though sometimes their being entertaining slows down the service. The wait staff seemed rushed, but friendly and were good about checking back on us ----- not true at the bar or at the tables surrounding the bar. It is a fun atmosphere; wouldn't recommend going there if you are in a hurry ---- it is a place to settle in and raise hell and not be in too much of a hurry. Besides, I love Toby. my friend and i found this place by accident one afternoon that we were in vegas. we stopped to have a couple drinks and it was so fun! the bartenders were really cool and the band played good songs to sing along to. you can definitely spend an afternoon partying here. more

The best time!!!! Everytime I go to Vegas I stop here - good good times. So every 3 months or so I get some good entertainment... I suggest you go in mid afternoonand sit at the bar stay until early evening and the party begins and the drinks are coming... It's a good time with out spending lots of money gambling....Oh get the big drinks... you will know what i mean if you go there.. they come with a neck strap... :) more
