Carly's Bistro has got to be the most overlooked restaurant/neighborhood pub in Downtown Phoenix. Sporting the Best Beer menu in Downtown Phoenix, hands down. (Portland's doesn't even come close!)The appetizers were great! The service has been a little shaky in the past, but the night we were there everything was timely and looked and tasted great! The Feta Rosa was one of the best hor d'eurves ever created! Try that with a Belgian Monk Ale like Chimay. The panini and wrap sandwiches were top notch, quality ingredients, one of the only spots to get a Vegan sandwich in Phoenix. Also they serve food till midnight almost every night. The blues music that was being played by the guitar player in the corner made for a serene evening that could have been in Soho or Amsterdam, not Phoenix...
