Everything was great. I rented a van from Carl's Van Rentals for the day and their customer service was stellar from start to finish. I was dropped off at their rental office and got my van for the day. I really liked the van model and how clean and easy it was to drive. When I dropped the van off, it was easy and painless. If you need a van rental in the area, I would recommend them! more

I have been using Carl's Van Rentals for two months, and I will keep using them. I'm in Chicago and have to go to Florida to work. What I find most convenient is when they are closed I can drop the van at the airport and then can just jump in my flight at 7 a.m. There is an option of leaving it in parking lot and they can pick it up and no extra cost. They are very helpful and very personable when I go pick up my van--very nice people. more

Rented a minivan last week. The guys at the rental office were super helpful, picking us up from the airport and helping with luggage. They made the whole process really simple and explained everything clearly. Definitely will use them again in the future. more

This was my first time using Carl's Van Rentals. They are 5+ on everything. When I go back to Florida in the spring, I will use them again. They just go over the top on service. They are easy to do business with. They are very friendly. They accommodate the customer and put the customer first. I highly recommend using them. more

We were a little bit dissapointed because tha van was an old one.... But after starting the roadtrip we really enjoyed the van and the 15 seats in it! No troble at all during our trip from Ft.Lauderdale to New Orleans and back again to Orlando Florida. Recomend this company :-) You need 15 seats if you are 12 persons... It`s NOT room for 15 :-( Thanks to Carl`s Rental, we had a wonderful time i USA as always :-) more

Carl's Van Rentals was really easy to work with and the people there were very professional. There were a lot of choices to choose from, as far as for what I needed. I would say their prices were good; they match the quality of the cars and vans and the service you get. I would most certainly go back to them if I ever need to in the future. more

The customer service at Carl's Van Rentals is fantastic. They went out of their way for me to make sure I was happy. Even though they didn't have to let me use their parking lot to keep my car for 24 hrs, they moved things around to make it possible. I was very surprised that such a small operation was cheaper than a regular big rental company, for the same amount of mileage. My experience was excellent and I will use them again! more

We used Carl's Van Rentals a lot for our trips to the Everglades with my school group. The cool thing about it is, they are all over south of Florida. Whether we were in West Port Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami they could get us a vehicle where we were. Another cool thing is, they offer a fifteen passenger mini bus. I was nervous to drive one but it was easier than expected - there was room for luggage and was bigger than any vehicle that I have driven. And you don't need a commercial driver's license to use it. They also have a concierge program to pick you up at the airport or they can drop off the vehicle for you. more

We rented a van from Carl's Van Rentals to drive to a family reunion. I really enjoyed being with the staff in the rental office. They were very helpful and patient. There was a small problem with our insurance and walked us through calling to upgrade. They really catered to our needs and took time to make us feel comfortable and at home. My husband and I went to checkout a van from Carl's Van Rentals in order to take a local trip to the beach. We have a large family and needed a larger vehicle to accommodate everyone. Both the man and woman at the service desk were very friendly and nice. They were a great help and provided excellent customer service. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. The van that they rented out to us was clean and comfortable. It drove fine and was in good condition. more

We rented a vehicle from Carl's Van Rentals to drive around while on vacation in Florida. They were lacking some staff that day, so I kind of had to wait around, but everything else was fine. They picked us up and dropped us off. more

I had a great experience with Carl's Van Rentals. I needed a rental for my trip out of state and they were one of the few services that allowed that. Everyone that worked with me was on the same page. Sometimes, when you rent from a service, you deal with a person on day one, and deal with a new person on the next visit that is completely unaware of your situation. But, Carl's Van Rentals did a great job taking notes and communicating my information from employee to employee. I went to their shop two months in advance. I made a comment about the tires being a little thin on the van I saw in the lot, and that I would like to have newer tires on my rental. The first guy I talked with took really good notes, but wasn't working the day I picked up my rental. The new person that worked with me knew what I needed, knew that I was going out of state, and even gave me a 2014 vehicle with good tires to rent, which to me, felt like a detail that would have gone overlooked. I had one issue when I returned the van. They sent me an email that they would have to charge me a couple hundred dollars to clean pet hair that had been in the vehicle. I hadn't brought my pet in the vehicle, so I was taken aback. But, when I went to collect a few items I forgot in the van, and inquire about the additional charges, I couldn't deny the proof they had. I figured it must have been from a blanket I laid on the seat. I liked how the salesperson dealt with the situation. He was prepped for the encounter, despite me arriving on location before he did, but not overly-defensive. He showed me a photo and dealt with the situation in a respectful manner. more

This was my first experience with Carl's Van Rentals and it was mostly good. The only issue was when I came back to drop it off, the guy didn't understand what was going on and it was very frustrating. He kept saying the price was more than it was and that my deposit didn't count. I knew what would be coming out of my account but he didn't seem to understand. Everyone else was great, the guy who checked me in was great, I highly recommend him. I was very pleased except for checking back in, I felt like the guy needed to be a little more customer service oriented. more

The process at Carl's Van Rentals was fast and easy. I completed everything online before arriving to pick up my rental, which made it very easy to use the company. They have good service and I got the van quickly. Carl's Van Rentals got me to my destination at a very fair price. more

Booking the rental with Carl's Van Rentals was a little difficult because the receptionist couldn't get us the right information. She also didn't write down my correct e-mail, so I didn't get the rental confirmation. This made it difficult when we went to pick up the car, but once they found the booking everything was fine. The pick up and drop off, on the other hand, was a good experience. This was not our first time using them and we continue going to them because of their convenient location. You get what you pay for, so for now I'm happy with Carl's Van Rentals. more
