We love to go to Carlos'. My wife loves the fajitas and I love about half of everything else. My kids love the pizza (go fig.). The wait staff is great. And we always get our fill of chips and salsa. I usually end up with lunch for the next day. Yummy chili-con-queso. And if you have the desire to embarrass someone in your party who has a birthday, they still come around with the big sombrero and sing for you too. more

good mexican food - I recommend late lunch 3/20/2006

I usually go for a late lunch. This place is usually crowded at lunch, especially since they have lunch specials. So a late lunch (they serve lunch past 2pm) is the way to go. You still get the good deals, but it is a nice quiet restaurant and the serving staff is more patient with you. They offer standard mexican far, the drinks are pretty good and the deserts too. It is usually crowded lunch and dinner times and on weekends, so off peak-times are really recommended. more
