This is a great location and the apartments are really well maintained. The biggest issue is the management of this complex. Abigail (Abby) Bentz is a complete disaster, at least she's consistent and you always know what you'll get - A FROSTY ATTITUDE THAT COMMUNICATES YOU'RE INTERRUPTING HER. There is other friendly staff, John, the maintenance guy is great and always has a welcoming smile.\r

The property was recently taken over by Lincoln Properties, we'll see how that goes. Unfortunately Abby stayed with the property. if you can manage her personality and keep your contact to a minimum you'll enjoy Carlisle on the Parc.
Pros: Great location, quiet street, close to grocery, liquor, Whole Foods and coffee shop
Cons: Apartment manager Abby Bentz doesn't like people, in the wrong job
