Caribbean Pools Pool Company 5/25/2011

I had the pleasure of working with this company the past couple of months. They were actually less than the other pool companies we received quotes from, and ended up finishing the job a week earlier than expected. I have had no problems with my pool and have received many compliments on it. Jennifer was a huge help and very friendly. Tim was also very nice and was very straight forward with everything. I would recommend this pool company to any one in polk county looking to build a pool. Believe me when I say, you will not find a better deal for the quality...We spent weeks trying to find the right pool company. Very big pay off in the end. more

Keep looking for another pool company 9/6/2010

Tim (owner) acted like he didn't want the business. He was rude from the beginning, lied about what the pool package actually was, and then after breaking the sewer pipe to the house while digging the hole, actually said that he was not liable for damaging the pipe. They had to call a plumber to fix the pipe and then sent the bill to the homeowner. Unless you want more headaches, move onto the next company.... and be sure to do your homework when researching pool companies. Terrible customer service. more

Avoid using this pool company 5/7/2007

The owner Tim as well as his staff are very difficult to speak with. They treat homeowners horrible. They make deals with builders to overcharge the homeowners. Many people have had the same bad experiences with this company. Pros: There are none Cons: Overcharges, not reliable, difficult to speak with more
