They give you the run around. They have no ethics. They will hang up on you! They were supppose to clean our carpets and kitchen tile in the same day. We were not told until they were done with the carpet that they couldn't clean the kitchen tiles because the machine was broken and they would come back the following weekend. We followed up the following weekend and we were told they would call us back in two hours. FOUR hours later I called from 3 different phone #'s and finally got through. The guy told me to call another company and when I proceeded to tell him how unethical this company is ran and that I would like to speak to whoever was in charge...HE HUNG UP ON ME! Do not use this company unless you want to get the run around!
