Best customer service at Acura of Las Vegas. The sales people are quick to help you, but are also great at negotiating terms with you. The service people who take care of oil changes and everything are super nice as well and try to accomodate with your schedule. more

i've been a customer here for at least 7 or 8 years now. i'm on my third acura and a lot of it is because of the friendly staff. there is a guy that greets you, his name is delfino. i wish more employees (as well as myself) had the work ethics of this guy. go see jeff for service. he knows how to treat his customers with respect and honesty. as long as they continue to treat me the way they have for all of these years,my loyalty will remain. thank you, acura of las vegas! more

This is for the service department. I purchased a groupon for Oilchange and they were listed as a provider. As soon as I walked in, they entered my information quickly and got the process going with no wait time. The service time was about an hour, but they have refreshments and a computer to make the wait easier. Everyone was very nice and courteous. My coupon was only for a oil change, but they washed my car too! Definitely went the extra mile, even for someone with a coupon! more

I have been coming to this store for years. Have always received honest dealings from the guys in service all the way to the guys in the front of the store. I purchased a 2013 TL recently and what a car! Chip was a fantastic salesman and the manager (Chris Biehl) actually made the whole experience better than I would have anticipated for a car purchase, actually treated us like family. Thank you. You earned a client for life! more

I dread car dealers for service. I almost never think I am getting a good deal and I always think I am a second class citizen.\r \r That is, until now. Acura of Las Vegas is a class act. Their service advisors are friendly and they always will give me the coupon price if they have a coupon covering the service. They also informed me when we were a few hundred miles before our factory warranty ended so they could do certain services without cost to us. Their waiting room provides snacks such as bagels, donuts, a variety of soda and hot beverages, televisions and magazines. They always remember to wash the exterior of the car.\r \r So far I have never had a bad experience at Acura of Las Vegas. Other dealer service departments could benefit from copying this excellent team. more

I've been coming here to do maintenance on my mdx since moving to the area last spring. Always a pleasure to be greeted by Delphino and my service rep, Jonathan, is a very personable and provides great customer service. I never feel that I am pushed to do unnecessary services like many other dealers try to force upon you. Their prices are reasonable too. They are very accommodating in scheduling appointments. more

Received service second to none on April 8th at Acura of Las Vegas. First point of contact with Gennieve (internet sales) was excellent and professional and this carried forward with senior salesperson Louie. I was very impressed with Louie's knowledge of the vehicle, his emminent professionalism, and his ability to relate to others in a personal and genuine manner. To top it off, the general sales manager gave me more than a fair deal with my trade-in. The car is fantastic, and it's difficult to imagine a better sales experience. Thank you! more

Recently purchased a Used 2004 Acura TSX. The process was simple and fast. The sales team is great! I enjoyed the experience in working with Las Vegas Acura and will recommend to everyone! I tried to buy a Acura Tl from other dealers in Nevada and thought I was going to have to go back to California like I did last time. Decided to give Acura of Las Vegas another try and I couldn't be happier I did. From the moment I walked in I was met by Chris Biehl (the General Sales Manager) who spent time explaining the car (again the GSM!!! When does that happen??) he introduced me to Louie Doblado for the test drive...what a great car!!! And Louie was exceptional!! Easiest transaction I have ever had buying a car in 30 years!! After our first test drive, the performance and technology made our decision simple; we wanted to drive an Acura. However, with our experience with Acura of Las Vegas and most specifically, Louie Doblado, all our future decisions seem to be clear; we want to always drive an Acura. Unlike most of our previous experiences with dealerships (the pestering, haggling and pressuring into the up-sell), we were met with knowledge, responsiveness and care throughout the entire process. Louie is a diamond in the rough of car sales and his service is exemplary. We couldn't be more excited about our RDX! Keep up the great work!! more

My TL is a great car, but has a lot of minor bugs. I purchased it in March 07. I think I have had the most problems with my car then any other owner. I purchased my TL because of its ultra high positive feedback from Edmonds. Anyway, I get treated like a king when I take my car in and I always receive a loaner car. This is the best way to borrow a new different Acura car and see what other models offer. The service department is the best. Go see Louie or Dave if you want a great deal on a car. I saved over $6k on my TL. I think they may have lost money on that deal. more

Been coming here for maintenance for a couple years now. My favorite person here is probably the guy that greets you right when you come in. He is always cheerful and helpful and has a smile on his face. He runs to the fridge and offers water for everyone. This guys attitude is how everyone else's should be!!! Definitely makes my day a little bit better. All 4 stars are for him! Minus a star for the other service people who are ehhh, alright. I bought my Acura used from here and 60,000 miles later its still going strong with absolutely no problem. In my opinion, its a very reliable brand. more
