I needed a car and found myself at this dealrship, they deffinitely have some of the best prices w/ an included warranty. well i found the vehivle i wanted, but unfortunatelly it was more expensive than i could afford, well the good news is that they let me put the majority of the money down, drive away.... and pay them off in a period of 3 months with no added interest or fees! \r i have since finished paying off my car and am very pleased with the purchase. more

I feel sorry for all the people who have had bad experiences with this dealership, but for me it was not the case.\r I actually looked up the reviews before going and buying a car from them. They had great prices but because of what people said i was sketchy to go and buy a car. I kept looking online and there showed up the car i had been looking for with the miles i was looking for, for less than what i was willing to pay, but it was advertised by this dealer so i went in and asked them about the cars and how they did bussiness. They showed me the history and the maintenance of the vehicle also they did not sell me the warranty but told me it was included with the price of the vehicle and if i wanted a discount that i would be looking at buying a car AS IS. They were helpfull and friendly, overall i was satisfied, my car still runs great ive kept ip with its maintenance and ive had no problems with it. I have had it for a couple of months. more

I was looking for a nice car for a good price and thought that they looked reputable. I went in with all the information given and asked if the car had been in any accidents. He said ""no wrecks or accidents"" so I put down $500 for a down payment. When my dad came in with me to check on everything the car had been repainted on the passenger door, hood, bumper, and both fenders. And when we asked for the autocheck we saw that it had been in an accident. I was appalled and Carlos claimed that he never told me it hadn't been in one. I showed him the KSL ad he had posted that clearly stated ""no accidents"". He will see me in court very soon. more

I sold an old car and went with the cash to Car Zone Auto Sales on 1740 N. State St. in Provo. I found several cars in good condition and very good prices, about $2,000.00 dollars below regular dealer prices. I liked a car, drove it, an bought it from hem, they gave me a good discount, free 3months 3,000 miles warranty, free oil change and AC recharge on the following 3 months. It is been 4 months since that eperience, the car is running great, I haven't use the warranty at all and they did give an oil change for free. These guys are cool. I hightly recomend them. more

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD THAT THEY ARE SHADY AND INEXPERIENCED BUSINESS PEOPLE. Our story: I got into a car accident and needed a car very quickly. We went to the dealership thinking that they had higher rules and higher values than a personal dealer. We didn't have time to have our mechanic look at the car, and we bought it from them. For three weeks we had to keep coming back to them because the check engine light was continually on and they claimed it wasn't a problem. They told us we should go somewhere else so that we could use the worthless warranty they sold us. We took it to a trustworthy mechanic who told us that the engine in the car wasn't the original engine. We took it to Ford to confirm and they were appalled at the state of the engine. We tried to take it back to them and demand our money back and they said ""Oh, we can't do that. But we'll 'fix' the engine if you give us $300"". WHAT!?!? I could not believe it. We took the car to Carmax and they said that the dealer had bought it from an auction where it was announced that the car had been in a wreck and did not have the original engine and also had serious framework damage.
