I went to this place because they said they were a viper remote starter dealer, However the sales guy didnt really want to help me pick out a system at all. and quite frankly he didnt have a whole lot to choose from. I'll shorten this up for you, I spent twice as much as originally quoted, I've been back 3 times to have things fixed, They burned my door panel w/ a soldering gun(which they wont admit too). And after asking to speak to a manager numerous times, I was told that he was not in and to call back later. I have since taken my car to another shop and had everything rewired, they showed me the type of connections that were used, It was horrible. I dont usually complain about much, but I feel like people need to know about the kind of work these people do, so that they will do themselves a favor and stay away.
Pros: They were close to my house
Cons: Poor customer service, Shotty Workmanship, Damaged my car
