I work in the car industry, specifically in the field of determining actual cash values of vehicles. Car Vision was my 4th dealership I had ever been to. Matt came back with an offer that met my expectation of what the value of my vehicle was. The other 3 dealerships had tried to convince me why their offer was best, even though it wasn't reasonable to my standards. Matt was also very attentive, patient with my wife and newborn, and generally showed an interest in my questions from start to finish. I overheard two other employees at my job talking about their purchases and experiences at Car Vision. When I asked where it was located, I was relieved to find that it was right by my house!
