Car City Superstore

A year ago, I totaled my vehicle and needed a new car. My credit wasn't good and it was hard to get a new car loan for a decent vehicle. I went to Car City Superstore. The guys were very helpful. I drove a couple of vehicles they showed me. Wasn't too empressed yet. They were nice, but not what I wanted. Some were a little too high priced for what I could afford. They knew I was having a difficult time coming up with the downpayment and keeping my payments where I needed them. Then one of the guys, his name was Rich, I think. He showed me this 2006 Hyuandi Sonata. I loved the car. Drove it and really liked it. It had low mileage and the price wasn't bad. I don't know why the other salesman didn't show me that car to begin with, but anyways, I bought the car. They worked with me to get my downpayment . Split it for me so I could pay it in 2 payments and got my car payment at a pretty good amount. I would of liked it a little lower, but it is for only 36 months vs the usual 60 months I had before. I love my car. I was very surprised when I read the first review from the guy who had so many problems with them and said ""don't go there"". I would recommend them, Maybe everything has changed in the last year, I don't know. But, I was pleased with them. Pros: Willing to work with you on pricing. Cons: Always busy, was there for almost 2 hours. Not enough salesman to accommodate . more

I went to car city already pre-approved for a car loan before I even showed up. Got there the sales man yes he was great but the cars there are horrible. To start I picked out an Expidition 1998, signed papers drove off the lot stoped didnt even drive it 5 blocks got back in and it would not start. They can picked it up, 4 days latet they called and said your truck is ready I cam kid in tow -pick up my car and drove it home to the store, came out again would not start. they came out and picked it up. again 3 days later we went down to the dealer ship to see what was going on, they came out and again said your truck is ready I had my husband go check the truck once again would not start. we then decied to try a different car, after that they tried to put me in a dodge durrango i test drove it not even 4 blocks and the abs break lights came on with my kid in the car you are going to sale me a car with the breaks not working. Finaly,. we found a car that ran and signed all the paper work mind you a week and a half latter. took the car home on the way home the check engine light came on, they tried to tell me it was the gas cap, finally they listened and fixed the o2 cencer, then we had it 3 weeks and they call and said that the loan would not go threw they have to put us in a different car, what, so ok i go down there and talk with the general manger himself, he's trying to help me ya right, ok they wanted a crazy amount down i was willing to pay but everything i offered was not good enough, lets just say i gave the car back, then they gave me my old car i asked for the title and they were hestanit to give it to me its mine i am not getting the car i want my title and my money back still fighting for my money we will see.. dont buy from here go else where just a warring more
