This place is overpriced, they say that there are mountain views...not!! Ya for only about four apartments out of the 100. They come in every other month for who knows what, there is no privacy what so ever. I wish I would have never signed a lease because I would have moved out the first month. It looks all great at first, but trust me there are better apartments and even cottages then this for the price that they charge. NO PRIVACY at all!!! Pros: The neighborhood is great and quite Cons: There is a college and young adults around that like to party more
