i gave them a second shot and it was fair. Still not as good as other dealers in the Raleigh-Durham Area. Pros: None Cons: High Pressure

A Big Thank You to Bob! 3/25/2011

The dealership was able to obtain an excellent rate for the financing, under5%. We had previous credit issues and this was the ONLY dealership able to provide acceptable financing through "Bob" the financier involved. more

Honest people 3/24/2011

I want to thank Roger woods for the friendly and honest sales approach. Not once did he mention price during our conversations until I initiated the discussion. He has called me several times since my purchase to ensure I have not had any issues and was still satisfied with my purchase. The finiance officer actually offered me a better deal than I had agreed on, which will save me another $800.00 over the term of my loan. When asked, he said he could not sleep good at night if he had not told me. From what I have learned of the professionals at bobby Murray Chevrolet, they are honest people who are there to provide a service to the community. No at all what I have experienced in the past with other dealership. I feel that the two gentlemen I dealt with are very good indications of the people that work there. I will be back to purchase another vehicle from Roger and will tell others. Thank you. more

JC was outstanding. He was courteous and very knowledgeable on all features of the car. He did an excellent job of explaining and making sure we knew how to operate everything on the car. We would definitely buy from him again! more

Just Wonderful 3/21/2011

Our sales consultant was Fisher Beazley and he was just wonderful! H explained everything to me before I took the my suburban home and when I called him later about things he knew all the answers and was really helpful. I have not really taxed my new vehicle yet- only around town driving, but so far I love it! I was worried about it's size but even in narrow lanes it has been easy to drive. more

Hands down, The best 3/18/2011

Before my wife and I purchased our Silverado, we visited SEVERAL Chevrolet dealerships. Bobby Murray was far and away our best option. While not the most convenient dealership, it was the obvious choice! We were treated like with courtesy and respect and were NEVER hurried, pressured or pushed toward any specific vehicle. Our salesperson Fisher, was extremely professional, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations and took a great deal of time to make sure we were thoroughly comfortable with our purchase. The two gentlemen in the finance department were also very professional and made sure we understood exactly what our options were and what we were signing. Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience to date! more

Prime example 3/18/2011

This is my second 5th Generation Camaro purchase from Bobby Murray. Can't say enough about the high level of professional service blended with friendliness that I have recieved from my sales rep, Jimmy Gibson. He makes the positive difference in making a new car purchase. This is the best dealership I have done business with... and I have owned many, many new cars over the years... Camaro being the most enjoyable and quality-built thus far. A shining example of what GM can and IS doing now !!!! more

Everybody was so nice to me Mr. hoot Gibson deserves an award because I know I worried him to deaf about getting in this car and he made it possible. He was so nice and has an excellent attitude as well as the other people at bobby murray. I felt like I was in their family the way everybody treated me. I love all of them and thet will always be my family. more

Awesome salesmanship 11/28/2010

I just want to share my great car buying experience with you. I just purchased a 2011 Cruze from Bobby Murray Chevrolet, salesman Fisher Beasley was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I contacted him first on line and gave him what I was looking for and he was professional,prompt, and attentive through the whole process. I would recommend that dealership and salesman with out reservation. All those at Bobby Murraywho I came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful but not pushy. If you are in Raleigh & are wanting a GM vehicle, then avoid at all costs Bobby Murray Chevrolet. They are greasy conartists who will only rip you off. Their motto says customer for life, what that really means is sucker for a moment. If you have problems, they act like they don't know you; won't return calls etc. Worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had. more

I walked the lot for 20 minutes without any sign of a salesperson. I knew the exact car that I wanted to purchase and walked into the building and there was not a single salesperson in the building!\r \r What a dump! more

Love The Service Department 9/20/2007

Took my Tahoe in for transmission service and the service department couldn't be more helpful. They bent over backwayds to help me, check-in was very fast and efficient, calls were exactly as they said they would be, car was fixed when they said they would have it done, what more can you ask.\r \r I wouldn't buy my future Chevy's from anyone else but Bobby Murray, great business folks. more
