i gave them a second shot and it was fair. Still not as good as other dealers in the Raleigh-Durham Area. Pros: None Cons: High Pressure

I have been servicing my vehicle there for years and ABSOLUTELY have NEVER had a problem with service or any other department. In fact, they even goodwilled a repair as I was out of warranty and did not charge me a dime for those repairs. more

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and will continue to buy from them. They have a great sales, service and parts department and staff are very friendly and helpful to my every need. I would recommend them to anyone they are the best in the area. From Bobby Jr to the guys that get your vehicle clean and ready nobody beats them.... NOBODY!!! My sincere thanks to them all!!!! more

I was sold 6/6/2011

I recently was affected by the April 16th tornadoes I immediately called Roger Wood for advice on what to expect from my insurance to who to turn to for financing without ever asking if I was going to him for the sale. That meant everything and I knew right then I'm sold. Roger is the constant professional and so lade back that you don't even realize you bought a car. Roger knowing my malibu was totaled out due to the tornadoes even found and extra $500 for me Things like that never happens. Bobby Murray Chevrolet motto is "a customer for life" they have one now. more

"Hoot", Bob, and Brad have all been the greatest. I was recommended by a friend who purchased a vehicle from Bobby Murray Chevrolet a couple years ago. Me and my wife have been overwhelmed on how everyone has treated us. I think "Hoot" is some kin somewhere down the family tree... lol. However, everyone was professional and never became to common that they forgot their customer service. I am so glad that Bobby Murray didn't shut down during the recession, but was here when I needed them the most. I am a Chevy man now.....Thanks. more

Great Experience! 5/25/2011

Tune-Up/Service Experience As soon as we drove in, someone came straight to the car to greet us, ask us our problem (very courteous and respectful), and asked us to have a seat while the car was being worked on. Being a woman, I so appreciated the time he took to explain the issue and not make me feel like I didn't know what was going on. We got to talk with Bobby Jr. (the owner) while waiting and found him to be very professional and knowledgable. Thank you again, Bobby Murray Chevrolet, for a great experience! more

Sales & Service Experiences I have been doing business with Bobby Murray Chevrolet for over 20 years and I have never experience anything like it before in purchasing anything. They are so courtious, they make me feel like I'm part of the Murray family. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from this dealership. As I think about it my children and my other family members purchase their vehicles from here as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for anything concerning an automobile. more

Completely satisfied 5/20/2011

Bobby Murray Chevrolet Inc. repaired some damage to the body of my Kodiak 7500 truck; the damage was in the corner where the passenger door, the roof and the windshield come together. The body work was completed within one business day of the original date promised. The work that was done was of excellent quality. Their estimated price was the lowest of three estimates that I had obtained, several thousand dollars less than the highest estimate. The final bill was several hundred dollars less than their estimate. I was completely satisfied with the work and the price and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I just want to share my great car buying experience with you. I just purchased a 2011 Cruze from Bobby Murray Chevrolet, salesman Fisher Beasley was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I contacted him first on line and gave him what I was looking for and he was professional, prompt, and attentive through the whole process. I would recommend that dealership and salesman with out reservation. All those at Bobby Murray who I came in contact with were professional, friendly and helpful but not pushy. Two thumbs up to Fisher. more
