Roger Wood is an awesome sales rep! We were very impressed with this detailed knowledge of the Equinox. We never felt pressured to purchase. He went the extra mile to search and found a rebate that I did not know about when we decided to purchase. Roger made the whole experience a great one. We had to drive 3 hrs to do business with Roger. We did business with him when he was in Smithfield. We would drive 5 hrs to do business with him. We believe he is a very honest and friendly salesman, shoots straight from the hip sort of speak. We always look forward to seeking him out when it is time for another vehicle. more

NEVER had a problem with service 6/21/2011

I have been servicing my vehicle there for years and ABSOLUTELY have NEVER had a problem with service or any other department. In fact, they even goodwilled a repair as I was out of warranty and did not charge me a dime for those repairs. more

I was sold 6/6/2011

I recently was affected by the April 16th tornadoes I immediately called Roger Wood for advice on what to expect from my insurance to who to turn to for financing without ever asking if I was going to him for the sale. That meant everything and I knew right then I'm sold. Roger is the constant professional and so lade back that you don't even realize you bought a car. Roger knowing my malibu was totaled out due to the tornadoes even found and extra $500 for me Things like that never happens. Bobby Murray Chevrolet motto is "a customer for life" they have one now. more
