I had them out to fix my toilet. It wasn't flushing properly, and the guy seemed to know exactly what caused it. He took the toilet off the floor, and put some kind of snake down the hole. He said some kind of root was in the way, and he cleared it. It's working just fine now. more

Capelli Plumbing replaced a toilet and fixed some leaks in the sink. They came in the evening which was great because I work during the day. He did all the work in the evening and didn't charge me extra, which most people would have. The experience with Capelli Plumbing was excellent. We are truly grateful for the fact that they did not even mention any extra charge to the additional shower faucet we had surprised them with; to our shock and awe, the price they quoted us for the two shower faucets they had expected to fix remained the same. When other plumbing companies would have undoubted charged us additional cost/labor, Capelli Plumbing did our three bathrooms for the price of two, which is more than we could ever imagine any company would do, especially during these hard times in our economy today. Problems with plumbing is at the top of our "this can't be happening to me" list of dreaded problems, alongside with electrical, but now we know about Capelli Plumbing; it is a huge relief knowing there is someone we can trust and rely on to come to our rescue, whether it be for our personal home or inherited rental properties. They are outstanding in their plumbing knowledge, their helpful ideas for easy access for future problems from natural causes, their skillful hands-on experience is impressive, and the carefulness they demonstrated during their efforts are appreciated. The personality of the team was very confident, calm, courteous, friendly, and they paid attention to detail. All the plumbing projects were done quickly and efficiently; they were very thorough in their efforts in cleaning up after all three bathrooms projects(cleaner than before the projects began I must admit). We will positively call you again if there is anymore plumbing projects we need help on; I have already mentioned your company name to others and will definitely continue recommending Capelli Plumbing to whomever I hear is in need to solve their plumbing problems, I just wish I had gotten more business cards when I had the chance, then I could pass them out along with the "word of mouth" method. I was looking for a plumber because my landlady's garbage disposal wasn't working. I called another plumber but never got a response back. I saw an ad in the local paper for Capelli Plumbing so I gave them a call. I left a voice mail and they returned my call within a couple of hours. They were very accommodating with my schedule and came out on a Saturday. They gave me a two hour window and showed up about 20 minutes in. The man came, looked it over, and told me what was wrong. He tried fixing the faulty part but realized it would need replacing. He had the piece on his truck and finished up the job in an hour. The technician from Capelli Plumbing made sure to clean up after himself and remove the old disposal. He had to wire the new disposal which required extra work but he did not charge me anything additional. He checked that the new disposal was working and offered to come back out and fix it for free if it malfunctioned again within a certain amount of time. They even gave me a veteran's discount. When she say it was repaired, my landlady was overjoyed and surprised that they came out that fast. The team at Capelli Plumbing was courteous and polite. They did a good job and were efficient. They didn't try to expand the job or take all day. I was very impressed and would recommend t hem to anybody. more

It turned out that the work was less than the original quote so he charged me less. Other plumbers would have just charged me the original quote but Capelli Plumbers didn't. We had a plugged up bathtub and I looked at plumbers in the directory. I liked the picture of James and his family for Capelli Plumbing and called him out of the blue. He came out, and only used a snake. I had another problem at another residence, and he came over and handled that. Capelli Plumbing did a re-plumbing at another residence. They moved the hot water heater into the garage. They said it will take two days, which is pretty darn fast! We just liked James at Capelli Plumbing so we called him back! more

All fives for Capelli Plumbing and more work to be done, that just about sums it up. James Capelli is upfront, does exactly what he says, and charges exactly what he says. That's not the case with other plumbers I have used, even for minor things. I was fortunate to find ads for Capelli Plumbing in the San Leandro Times. My neighbors had seen and used them also. I tried them for myself, to see how they do, and it seems to me that it's always good. They did my underground pipes, and now I have two more jobs to be done in my house. I would rate them a 10 out of 10, all the way. more
