Definitely giving Conrad the highest score possible! He started helping us with our move from Kansas City to Colorado even before we started looking for homes. He was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. Once we found "our" home he was right on top of the process, keeping us informed of every step, along with an email update as to what was happening and when. He and his staff at Canyon River were personable and professional and able to provide comparisons with the different loans available and interest rates. Most of the paperwork was handled via secure email. We only made one trip to his office and that was more to "meet" than anything else. I've never had a loan process go so smoothly. The highest compliment of all was when our real estate agent added Conrad to her list of lenders she would recommend. She was very impressed! more
