Need new office personnel! My experience with this company is varied. I used them more than once so I can now say the problems are consistent and not isolated. Essentially, their selection is big which much to choose from. The items are delivered on time. The delivery people are professional. The problem comes with the service. Both times Mary in the office took my order. Both times there were problems with what was ordered and what actually arrived and both times she tried to make excuses for herself and denied responsibility. She wouldn't attempt to correct her error and make t right. When sked to speak to manager, Richard simply acknowledged that mistakes happen and indicated he had enough business. Yikes! On a day that is important enough for a large order, I would pay attention to the reviews ( they are awful on other sites) beforehand and make sure you go with a reputable company!
