If you love your dog, DO NOT take him/her to Canine Castle or The Dog Spot (their new name). The owner, and the groomers are unprofessional, to say the least. They are also unable to handle even the smallest of dogs. They clipped my dog's nail so badly, cutting the vain which resulted in an immediate vet visit. I was asked to bring the bill in by a manager who told me that the owner was aware and would take care of the cost. Upon providing the bill, I got a phone call from the owner saying that she never agreed to pay for the bill. I was further shocked when the staff began lying to cover their mistake by saying that I insisted that my dogs nail be cut after they told me the vein was to close. If I had the time and money, I would have sued them. The place is dirty and they do not clean after each dog. Also, when you make appointments with this place, the appointment is never kept because the staff and management lack time management skills. This results in having to make phone calls to find out when they can service you. PLEASE DO NOT patronize Canine Castle or The Dog Spot.
