The photographer was 2 hours late and then complained that we were taking to long because their were so many students. Then he was rude and wouldn't let most of the girls do just the school. shot. The owner of our school stepped in and changed that. When we got our proofs I paid $70 for my photos and they are blurry. We were looking at the photos of other girls and almost all of our 8x10s were blurry except a couple of the girls. Also my brother in law who is a photographer said that the guys went in and purposely added pixels to the photos to make them appear blurry. We tried to contact them and we get no response. I would mnot recommend their company to anyone. Pros: come to you Cons: poor quality. Their cameras are horrible. I could have done better with my $100 nikon i bought from Best Buy. more

I was at my beauty school tonight and it was picture taking time...I waited for an hour online with my classmates...I was refused my pictures when I expressed my preference not to use what the photographer picked that I would like to pick from the selection he brought myself....after the refusal, the owners of the beauty school spoke to the photographer and said I should be able to pick what I like... after the photographer assured the owners I would be able to pick what I wanted for my pictures ...I went back to sit for the second time and I told the photographer I was not a chicken that I didn't want feathers, I was not a dead animal that I didn't want leopard skin or zebra skin, and that i was not a 70's disco queen so bright neon, metalic sashes didn't reflect my personality...and that I am not a biker so why should I have to wear a leather bikers jacket...... i expressed that i have broad shoulders and would like to use dark browns or blacks he told me in not so many words that he is the one who tells me what to wear that I do not get to pick it out unless I paid him $119.00 right there on the spot..... forget the fact that when we were all waiting online he was rolling his eyes at us! End result I now am not going to have my picture displayed with my class on the composit photo plaque they give the school! No one pays for their pictures right then and there anyway... you pay after you get the pictures and only if you like them so what did the guy really have to lose by apeasing me? NOTHING.... after this discrepency I have heard from 5 other students that he was rude to them and from my teachers that he is extremely hard to deal with and that his father who owns the company is very nice and they do not know how his father lets him represent his company! I will get my pictures done by a professional at a fraction of the outlandish price if only to display proudly in my hallway! Candid creations loss of business! Pros: having your pic on the school composit Cons: you do not get to choose which shrugs you prefer to use... horrible customer service...horrible taste in shrugs, shrugs are ratty and old looking, with outdated styles from 70's and 80's more
