When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not think too long and chose this garage door company to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend this garage door company to our friends!! This was the first time we used this company and we were extremely satisfied with the service. Joe, our certified technician, was clearly very knowledgeable and capable. He arrived at the time I was told and was able to address our problem. We made this call cold, based on a yellow pages ad, but could not have been more pleased. If there was a negitive star that's what my review would be and they didn't even do any work. I called at 11:24 am to have someone come out and look at my broken garage door and the scheduler eally had difficulty taking my information down. She told me they would send someone between 12 and 2. Then called me back 10 minutes later to say they didn't have anyone available to work on a GATE. I talked to another person and told them it wasn't a gate it was a door. She apologized and confirmed the time of 12 to 2. My husband called said that nobody had showed up yet. I called back and she said she would have someone call back right away. Tony talked to my husband and he told him he would be out in 10 minutes. Someone finally showed up at 7 And I told him we called someone else because they said they woild be here and they didn't show up. The guy had the balls to tell me that I had to pay the service call and I told him I wasn't paying for anything. He argued with me and then told my husband my husband must have misunderstood and that he said he would be here between 3 and 7 when their conversation was at 3:13. But what he said was I eill be there in 10 minutes. He continued to argue and my husband had to tell him to get off of our property several times. more

Their technicians could think out of the box and fixed the garage door bottom seal for very old garage door for the house. The pricing for their service and material is up-front and very reasonable. Their service is prompt. You know you could really trust the company and the technicians once you interact with their technicians. I only want to deal with company which provides me good comfort level, fair pricing and excellent services. This company is the only company I will use again for any issue with garage door. I do not think 5 stars is good enough for this company. If I could rate them with 10 BIG STARS, there will be no hesitation from me at all. more

I signed up for the internet just to write this review. Our garage door was binding up and not closing. It took me a while to figure out what it was binding on, but it seemed like it was ultimately caused by the door being too heavy and causing the track to flex, so it needed torsion spring adjustment. I looked at several my town-based garage door repair websites and was turned off by the fear-based sales pitches (your garage door is a death trap waiting for your children to wander by). I found this garage door repair company and came here to see if anyone had any bad things too say... nope. I called Steven and he said he would be there in an hour and a half, and he was. He adjusted the spring tension, screws, trolley arm, and opener travel limits efficiently and clearly with great experience. The door worked perfectly. Very reasonable price, very professional. He is now our go-to guy for garage doors. more

I call this company and the responded quickly and the repairs man was very thorough. Dave did a great job explaining the problem as well as reviewing the projected life of the opener. more
