Cameron Creek Apartments

I've lived here since July 2008 and will be moving at the end of my lease. When I first moved here it was very pleasant. The apt. Mgr. Steve was wonderful and his assistant Ana was great also. Their is a new mgr. Here that I haven't met yet and a new staff person named Melissa that with the interaction I've had w/her she is quite friendly. I hope Jackie is gone. I haven't seen her but EVERY experience I had with her was bad. The apartment is ok but my appliances are from 1987 and even when they do the upgrades they seem to keep the ugly cream colored cabinets and nothing matches. There is no in unit laundry & I am on the 3rd floor farthest from the laundry room so this is a main reason we're leaving. With the new build of Block 1949 next door it has brought a lot of college students with noise and parking issues up at the front of the complex. The gates break on a regular basis. The location for entertainment is nice but behind the complex the residential area is a little rough. The workout room would be nicer if it were larger and they actually kept it cleaned up. The sanitary wipes are always out & there are numerous times I've went in to workout & the alarm was going off (I was told its a glitch). Overall its got positives/negatives but for the money I don't think it's worth it. more

IVE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE ENGAGED WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR ONE YEAR AND JUST RECENTLY THEY HIRED A NEW PERSON NAMED JACKLIN....SHE'S THE WORST EXAMPLE OF A MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET...SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PEOPLE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER..MY DAUGHTERS HAVE TO GO ON THEIR PATIO EVERY TIME THEY NEED HOT WATER AND PUSH A BUTTON ON THE WATER HEATER.\r WHEN I TOLD JACKLIN ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE SAID IT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. WHEN I CALLED HER BOSS AT SUNRISE MANAGMENT IN SAN DIEGO CA, WHO ALSO HAS BAD REVIEWS, CHRISSI DE JESUS ONLY WANTED TO KNOW IF I WAS ON THE LEASE...WOW! IM REALLY SORRY TO HAVE TO MOVE MY DAUGHTERS BUT I AM BECAUSE THEY DONT FEEL SAFE ANYMORE WITH HER THERE ..\r STEVE IS GREAT AND IF JACKLYN LEAVES I THINK THEY WILL STAY more
