Looks nice on the outside but don't be fooled. Apartments are tiny and way over priced. Raising our rent by $200 a month after just 6 months. Appliances are horrible. Toilets are old and falling apart. Washer, dryers and fridges are junk. Extremely loud area. Metro and Freight rails less than a block away on one side. Eisenhower and I-95 on the other. In a major flight path for Military. On top of that Strayer University is building a new parking deck across the street. Non stop noise 24/7. Security gates are a joke. \r
They let everybody enter. People frequently drive at unsafe speeds thru the parking lots. Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Feces everywhere in the common areas. Packages are frequently stolen from doorsteps. Maintenance people are nice but usually takes multiple requests to get them to fix anything. We will definitely be moving when our lease is up. One of the worst apartment communities I've ever lived in.
