Camera Connection

I have only visited the store a couple times, but I have had only the best service from them. I enter the store and its like I have a personal shopping buddy. The first time I went in to the store, I went in to get a couple filters. Simple right, should only take a minute...I spent an hour talking photography with the younger guy (from other post I assume he's the son). This place is awesome. It is not a very big location. Its not a ""big box"" store. But there are so many neat things to look at. When I went to purchase my filters I did the math in my head and the figure on the till did not match. It was less. the guy gave me a discount. Every time I have went in to the store, they are always friendly to me. They know their stuff. So, to say they are rude and only think of themselves, shocks me. I will most definitely use this place more often. more

So this person gives A complete and utter dis on EVERYTHING AND EVERYONEassociated with this store? I wish I could read more of her reviews to see if this is her attitude everywhere. Come on, if you are going to say things like this then elaborate and give examples Lady! I have known them to be nice and helpful. It's nice to find a photo store with knowledgeable people, yet without the haughty attitude. I figure that, if they made my black and white prints look good, they must know something; I don't think I gave them much to work with. It was really obvious that some-one was actually looking at how to process the prints. One of these days I will set up my own darkroom. In the meanwhile, I will be bringing my negatives here. more
