The care they provide at the center on broad street is wonderful. The staff at the facility is remarkable. The office is not easy to work with, they are extremely rigid with 4 day requirement, only 1 week vacation, no part time days. while the care is wonderful, who would pay for services they don't need? they charge you for four days even if you need only 3 days and they will not work with you, they don't allow vacation greater than a week for the entire year. They also expect charge for services you didn't use after you removed your child from care even if they receive notice. finally they charge for days your children were not there and getting the bill adjusted, not easy at all.
