Electrical Fire 10/29/2008

I had a battery changed on my VW van and within 10 miles of driving, I had an electrical fire!!. I had noticed that the clock and radio were inoperative after I had left Camarillo Independent (worked on the way in), and was driving back there to get them to fix them when the electrical fire erupted. Of course they claim they did nothing to cause it, but I now (20 hours later) have evidence which will be presented to my insurance company for the trial. Cons: Electrical Fire after battery change! more

bad experience 6/25/2008

took my car for a maintenance. when i got home found a hose clamp on the driveway- and after a day of driving the check engine light came on - took my car to my dealership and found out that they did not connect the air filter hose to the air filter case. when i called them about the situation that their mechanics did not do what they are suppose to do and the manager said that they are only human and made a mistake. What if the mistake was too big and ruin the car engine? I will not recommend this place to anybody. I spent an extra $120 just to find out what these people did wrong to my car. By the way they offered to take my car back to see what's wrong- thank God I did not make my 2nd mistake. more

bad experience, got fleeced 5/14/2007

They did not give me an estimate sheet. They purposely used the wrong refrigerant and fleeced me by charging a ridiculously inflated price for the wrong stuff. You would do better than to trust these people. more
