CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5/7/2013

You bailed us out Calloway! Brakes failed on the way from Kentucky to Sarasota to attend my daughter's college graduation. Called you Thursday pm. You guys took the car in Friday am. Gave me an estimate and had the car ready to go that afternoon. The bays were full, with other cars lined up. I was able to attend the graduation and drove home on Sunday. I'm 65 years old, and have to say..."You guys ROCK!" Thanks Calloway and crew! more

Labor Rate 4/26/2013

I love Calloway & the car never ran better. That being said, I am still in absolute shock that you charged me $491.46 to install a small piece of pot metal in my door after replacing the regulator for $500 a week earlier! You might want to re-think your labor rate or I might as well go back to BMW. Cheryl Nespor more

I have sent my vehicles both my 94 Volvo and Jeep to Tome and the staff for years now. I have always been honored at the awesome PROFESSIONAL service that is provided. Safety, Security and Calloway European Automotive KNOWS what they are doing. I had them rebuild the Volvo to like brand new a great investment and I am so happy the car is now like off the showroom floor. My 93 Jeep needed some work and Tome and the Staff took great time and in preparation of this investment it is all worth the effort and price. I know now I am safe and secure not just in the vehicles you see , but in the confidence of doing business with such a awesome crew that takes care of even the minor details , that can save your life. Mercedes Service 9/6/2011

I was told by my Son-In-Law, that he was very pleased with Calloway's service on his Lexus, and he highly recommended them to me. I had a problem with my Mercedes, I called them, and was able to bring my car in on the same day. They were attentive and curtious, and fixed the problem as soon as I walked in the door.
