We recently hosted my Grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary here and could not have been more pleased with the food, wine and service we received. The entrees were delicious. Josie is one of the best servers I have seen in a long time and Paul, Beth and the entire staff worked to make this a fabulous event. We had 2 guests with dietary restrictions and the staff went above and beyond to make special versions of the appetizers for them. An A class joint! Simply excellent! The service was extremely helpful and prompt. The ambiance is well appointed and classy. Excellent wine list (250 choices) features offerings for every budget (from $24 to $525). We started with the BBQ duck wanton taco appetizer. It was just sinful! For our entrees we tried the Pheasant with wild mushrooms, sunchokes and pancetta in a white Riesling sauce. The flavor combination was extraordinary. We also tried the Elk loin with french green beans almandine and garlic mashed potatoes topped with fried leaks with a veal glace. We licked the plate clean! Truly an exceptional place. The manager informed me that they even have a small outdoor seating area in the summer where you can bring your dog and enjoy a top-notch meal.
