Honestly, it is NOT at all worth the time and trouble you spend trying to get decent service from here. Not only do they have a very limited staff (particularly for waxings), but you have to make an appointment weeks in advance because of how small the staff is! Plus, the receptionists are not only rude and inconsiderate, they just don't care about the customers. Whatever happened to ""the customer is always right""? Not here. In addition, I (having skin that isn't very sensitive, and have a high tolerance for these types of things), started to swell and break out dramatically after an eyebrow waxing, when I was told sensitive wax was being used in the first place! (I've gotten waxings plenty of times, and this has never happened to me except for here). Please, do not waste your time and effort trying to find decency here. more

i had a 1:30 appt and was out by 2:30!! i, personally, love diane. she cuts my hair the way i want it cut,AND remembers how i like it cut even thought i only go twice a year. establishment is clean, staff friendly and prices fairly reasonable.....($40 for a wash, cut, blowdry) i tried lemon tree last year and was devastated by what they did to my haircut....saving $20 was not worth it)** more

I actually walked out of my appointment as I felt so uncomfortable with the colorist. She had to get 3, three, other colorists to come over and talk to me. SHe argued with me about everything. SHe insisted on using bleach, I refused to have it done as I have never had bleach used and the other colorists backed me up that it wasn't nesessary, she wanted me to get streaks instead of highlights. I did npt want a bold champagne highlight in my brown hair. I eventually left as I was terrified she was going to do whatever she felt like regaurdless of what I wanted. I have been getting highlights for 10 years so, I understand a lot of what is done and what looks good on me. Pros: the receptionists are nice Cons: colorists argue with you every step of the way more
