They handled everything. 7/20/2012

My car was hit by a hit and run driver. I was with my daughter shopping, and when I came back to the house and the car was smashed in. I had a mechanic and he recommended Automall Autobody to me. I went to Automall Autobody and they told me what they were doing, how much it was going to cost, and got in touch with the insurance. They handled everything. I just had to come and pick up the car when it was ready a few days later. It looks fantastic. Automall Autobody kept in contact with me the whole time, and it was very timely. It wasn't a drawn out thing. They told me how many days it would be approximately and were in touch with me if I needed a part or to let me know what was going on. more

They did a fabulous job 7/16/2012

I was involved in a fender bender and Automall Autobody replaced my fender and painted it. It looks just like new. I felt they were fair and honest. The only thing that I thought was interesting is that there was some credit card fraud about four days after their service. I had a second charge from the company for the same amount that had been charged to fix the car just days earlier. There were other charges for different places as well and my credit card company dealt with that, so I wasn't responsible for them. I just thought that was interesting. more

Courteous and efficient! 6/13/2012

We had a slight repair once before with Automall Autobody. Our insurance had recommended them. They were so nice, and we decided that that's where we would go. We had a problem with our rearview mirror attached, which is why we went back. They're courteous and efficient, and do a good job! They tell us if we have a problem, and are sure to let us know! more

Excellent work by a group of talented yourn men 3/28/2012

I took my truck in as I was it in the rear they immediatly ordered parts and when additional work was required they let me know and all work was done as planned right on time. Very efficient and they keep me informed as to what they were doing at all times. Could not ask for anything more. more

Great job! 1/8/2012

We were concerned about having work done on our vehicle, it being a shade of green that would be hard to match. But Automall Autobody came through and delivered excellent work! The paint was a perfect match and it looked brand new when we received it back. They also detailed the car completely before they gave it back and it sparkled! Communication with Automall Autobody was great and they answered all our questions and concerns with ease and patience. Thank you for doing a great job! more

Automall Autobody is AMAZING!! 1/7/2012

When I was involved in my first car accident I was devastated. My car was almost too damaged to be fixed but the amazing staff at Automall Autobody worked their magic and my car came back looking like new! Everyone was very friendly and the office was very clean. Wesley was a lifesaver; he called me every few days to give me an update on the status of my car and made the whole process as painless as possible. He explained everything that was happening and was very professional. My car looks better then ever now and the interior was even cleaned before I came to pick it up! Overall Automall Autobody was amazing! Hopefully I'll never have to go back but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a great body shop!! more

Very good experience! 1/4/2012

Automall Autobody kept me informed. Well the truck hit a deer which messed up the frotn end. I called my insurance and they gave me a couple places to go to. Automall Autobody was right next to the place where I usually take my vehicle. The guy came out and I made an appointment. The truck was ready before the date that they said! Definitely check Automall Autobody out. They're very upfront and professional. They didn't go over budget. It was a very good experience with Automall Autobody! more
