While given an estimated delivery time of one hour, it took almost two hours for my food to arrive. This was even after I called the delivery service multiple times; on one such occasion, I was left on hold for more than 5 minutes. This is not the first time I have ordered from California Tortilla and with every order, I find their delivery times and customer service worse and worse. The food may be good but considering the exorbitant price of delivery and the increasing hassle, this just isn't worth it. more

Honestly not the best experience. My food came an hour late and was cold. I even called the restaurant myself to ask about my food and they were rude. The delivery guy said sorry when he came to drop off the food but it he basically was leaving the food on the door step when i opened the door. Won't be ordering from them again. I have had much better experiences using grub hub from other places. Grub Hub was really helpful when my food didn't show up. more

They are always late - over 30 minutes - every time. The food isn't too good when it arrives cold. more

The food arrived on time (in about an hour when the restaurant is about four miles away). The tacos were not fantastic -- a little dry. My boyfriend's burrito was soggy by the time it got to our house. The side of beans and rice was fair but nothing to write home about. I don't think we'll order from here again. more
