Genuine People.. 10/18/2010

Spallco is responsible for me to see a very special person in my life almost each weekend, and for that I am extremely greatful. I think sometimes in our haste, we forget about the things and people that are important to us. My issue is not to complain but to make known that there are people who are completely genuine. I am a frequent renter and each time I rent, upon my return I am greeted with a smile and a Thank you from Megan and/or Wallace. Upon my last rental, I returned and was visibly upset (about a personal issue) and Wallace took the time to console me and offer me some personal words of wisdom. Thank you Wallace...of all the problems I had that day...this is what was most important to do ..THANK YOU more

Manager WALLACE - UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE 7/6/2010

1st meeting, Manager Wallace was already unfriendly but I let it go since I came to rent a car not to make friends. But when I returned the van, I have to park my personal car first on their shop and drop off my family to the airport with the rented van, when I came back he said in a rude voice I didn't park my car "the way HE TOLD ME". He acted like a father getting mad to his kid(me). I told him I am a customer, he should not make that comment, be rude and should say it in a nice way. Cons: Unprfessional, rude , and a liar more
