As my arthritis continued to aggravate, I ran out of my tolerance of that acute pain in my knees. Ultimately, I underwent a surgery and then opted for CACC’s pool therapy. Their experts told me that if I exercise in chest-deep water, I am only under 10% of my body weight stress. This aquatic therapy did wonders for the speedy recovery of my knees. Now, I am free from any kind of pain. more
