Hello! Nikki D here! Yeah sweetie you weren't even my client, you were Malik's client. I gave you an estimate for him because he was out of the office. Whatever he charged you had nothing to do with me. Plus he is horrible at communicating his prices and never brought clients in, expect you of course. Tells you a lot... Also tells you why he only worked at the office of one year!! Any person at the office could have giving you a quote. I used Tax services of C&M Tax professionals & Nikki Daniels quoted me in Text that my tax refund would be $1736! When I signed my documents $1736 was quoted as my refund. When I received my Tax return check which was given to a stranger I had to meet @ Wendys my check amnt was $1251!! I said there is money missing like $484 worth. He said fees taken out & I owed him $400 for taking me to them & he would follow me to the bank to cash my chk. I told him to get away from my truck & I dont owe him anything! As I headed home he started to follow me & I led him straight to the police station. I call Nikki told them about Malik extorting money from me. She tells me that I dont owe him anything & they will no longer use his services. I ask about the fee sheet & she started rattling off charges. I ask for a hard copy They refused! They are thieves! On my tax document the name Charles Kargbo is typed as preparer. Its called Prepares Fraud & a scam call inflated fee charges! more
