This is a very questionable business. DO NOT trust them. You would think there sales persons or people giving price costs would know what they are talking about. I went in to ask how much it would cost to print a book my son wrote. I wanted 5 copies. She gave me the cost of 85.00 (part was 15.00 to process) with each extra book being another 8.00. I decided I would get 10 copies for a total of 125.00 and signed the paper to order that. Next thing I know I am getting a quote by email saying it was much higher than the ""Rough estimate"" I was given in the store. First of all I was given a quote and there was no mention of it being a ""rough estimate."" The cost for 10 books went from 125.00 to 296.38 with the chance of going up 10% more than the quote. To me a possible 10% over should mean 125.00 plus 12.50 for 137.50 at the most. I will be writing the attorney general about this if they charge me even one cent. I can't believe the way people cheat customers.
