Littlestown,Pa borough hired these people from C.E. william to do a job directly behind my home on an empty non-buildable lot. Soon after this job was finished. my home had 3 feet of water in my previously finished basement that had been perfectly dry with No sump pump needed for the previous 15 years. I have had Roto Rooter, The Builder , Channel8 on your side, as well as 3 other excavators, and affidavids from neighbors that new the previous owners and had seen the dry basement. It is obvious we have a clogged pipe pushing/ and ,or redirecting ground water into my home. Penn National is C;E. Williams insurance Company(Josh) is the Ignorant agent they are unfortunate enough to have. They still do not care, and will not even come out to look at the job that they did, they keep sending the insurance guy, C. E. Williams will not even speak to me on the phone. A little ""Fishy"" don't you think! well, Dear C. E. Williams I have sent you to the BBB, channel 8 news should be knocking on your door very soon, And I do hope you recieve the evening Sun, You will be in it with this very same story! So good doing business with you.. My family has been taken Dry because of you. Thanks sooo very much for caring!
