C & D Property Management

Boy, I wish I would've read these reviews before I rented from C&D. In all my years of dealing with so many different property management companies, this was definitely the worst experience ever. They have no business being in business. Everything that was said in these previous reviews is true. They don't answer the phone, don't return calls, don't provide much-needed maintenance, and are unfair and dishonest. It was such a bad experience, and I will never recoup the money I've lost through their bad management practices. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. more

I Had THEE WORST experiences in deaing with the 2 Cat women! There office is so gross, smells like cat pee! There is no possible way you could walk in their office and not leave with the HORRIBLE scent all over your clothes! more

To the one that sent in a review on Oct 24, 2008. If you are going to write a nasty review you should get your facts straight first. The garbage issue-let see what was going on that day. Oh that's right the roof was getting redone. So the roofing people came and never informed us that they would be on the property because the owner sent them out directly. There trucks were blocking the dumpster. The garbage did not get picked up that day. A private hauling company. came on a Saturday to gather the garbage that was overlaoding the dumpster. There is only 10 units occpuied due to remolding. Second it not a management company responsiblity to follow tenants around to picked up trash and cigarettes butts around the porches and decks. The maintenace issued- well see if the tenant made it convient for the maintenace guy he could fix in a timley matter. About the office hours is not a 9-5. We go out to the field for other properties. We have our cell phones that includes weekend and holiday. more

I have never dealt with such lazy women. At one point we went without garbage service for just shy of 2 weeks! We have 12 units- so you can imagine how much garbage there was. You are lucky to find them in the office on a regular basis, and even luckier if they answer their phone. They do not deal with repairs in a timely manner. I had a running toilet for 6 months befor they fixed it, and only then did they fix it beacause I had a leak coming through my first floor ceiling. Broken glass was left outside from a tenants patio table when they moved out for just over a month, and was only cleaned up after the actual owner was notified. I could go on and on with what they DONT do. Anyone who hires these two women are baisically paying them to sit on there bottoms doing nothing, for a paycheck! I warn you; renting from C & D Property is the worst idea possible and could only be worse if you are an owner looking for a managment company. Pros: none! Cons: where do I start...... more

I have been renting an apartment from C&D Property Mangement for 4 four years. I now need a larger unit and called C&D Property Management. I wanted to stay with them because of their great service and I am happy to say that they found a house that I love. They took the time to make sure that this house would be able to work for me. If you need a place to live I recommend C&D Property Management. more

C&D Proprty Management has very poor customer service and does not keep their building located at 7902-27th Street West, University Place, WA 98466 owned by Mr. Robert G. Van Buskirk in good working condition. They practice very poor landlord tenant relationships and are plain nasty when you have to deal with them directly. I would not recommend renting from or using C&D Property Management to manage any property that I own. more
