I have ordered mirrors before & they were shipped to N.Y without any problems. In fact Dulles packaging is the best I have ever seen. On a recent order, one of the mirrors was cracked due to mis-handling during shippment. I took pictures & emailed the problem on a Saturday & by Monday morning they called & were ready to re-make & ship a replacement mirror at no cost. (It arrived O.K.) That's GREAT service. Thank you. more

This company has been a pleasure to deal with. Ordering was simple and prices were very reasonable. The mirrors I ordered were extremely well-packed. Despite this, I did have 2 mirrors that were broken in shipping. I called and a replacement order was sent immediately. I really expected to have to argue to have my order re-shipped, but that did not happen. The representative was very kind and helpful and there was no hassle at all. more

Mirror for antique oak dresser 6/6/2012

The mirror arrived perfect and beautiful, very well made. we think a bit more direction on measuring would be helpful as my husband sent exact measurments and thinks he should have sent a 1/8 inch reduced measurement as the mirror is slightly too large. he can use the router to enlarge the opening. he does not hold you responsible as you did say there could be 1/8 inch variation. the mirror was very well packed, backing terrific. more

I am very pleased with this company and its products. I first ordered 2 large rectangular beveled mirrors, and they arrived quickly, in the right sizes, with no flaws. They were well packaged for shipment, so there was no breakage. I immediately ordered one more beveled mirror, with the same results. more
