Tim Harlan is fabulous! Accusations and evidence are 2 different things; whether they're made by the Attorney General's office; or by a sick person who has too much time on his hands. But, I'm glad to see you've actually revealed how upstanding and moral Tim Harlan really is. He's willing to give his license back to "the board" and live the truth, rather than admit to something he didn't do. The only person who did any "fooling", Jason, was you. Tim Harlan is a wealthy man in ways you will never be. For how much did you sell your soul, Jason? God, forgive Jason Reisinger, for he knows not what he does. Amen. more

Update: As of July 7, 2012, Tim Harlan has NO LICENSE to practice as a counselor in California. He relinquished his license willingly rather than publicly admit his wrongdoing. The official Accusation against him is deemed TRUE. You can read it. I went to counseling from Harlan for over a year. He also counseled my wife individually and us as a couple. He and my ex-wife had an affair that lasted over a year. My ex-wife and I sued him and settled out of court. Harlan lost his case in the official Accusation by the Attorney General's offices of the state of CA and his been forced, after five years if denial, to give up his license. Additionally, I still have his love letters to my ex-wife and even a voice recording of Harlan admitting the sexual and inappropriate nature of that relationship. I went to Harlan for counseling individually, then with my (now ex) wife, and she went to individual counseling with him as well. He and my wife at the time initiated and maintained a sexual relationship behind my back for over a year. We both sued him and settled with his insurance company out of court. The file of evidence is huge; it includes love letters and even voice recordings where Harlan admits his behavior. He is currently subject to an official Accusation by the Attorney General of CA before the Board of Behavioral Sciences for three Causes for Discipline as a result.
