I bought a Groupon for detailing and called several times to schedule an appointment. After about the 4th call i finally recieve a call back. I was told that the soonest that I can be scheduled is 6 weeks out. I reluctantly agreed to this even though I was getting my car detailed to sell my car as soon as possible. About 4 days prior to my appointment I call HIM to reconfirm the date and all seemed to be on schedule. On the day of the appointment he was due to arrive @ 9 a.m. I waited until 1:45 p.m. No call, no show. I even called the number provided 4 times! I took the day off work for NOTHING!!! I am extremely agitated @ the unprofessionalism of this business! A simple call to let me know that he could not make it, would have been understandable but he could even provide me that courtesy. If he keeps this up he'll be out of business soon enough! I'll be spending the weekend detailing my car to list for sale instead of spending it with my family and I lost a days wages. @ least Groupon refunded my purchase.
