I drove down from South Carolina (278 miles) to look at a 2014 Equus. I bought the car but was only give one Smart Key , I was told the second key would be found and sent to me.
I bought the car on 5 January; it is now 17 February and I still haven't received the second key.
In the interim I asked them why the would not ( at their cost ) have a new key made. The cost of a second key would be $450 or so. These are the same lying crooks who
charged me $500 for " customer service." They declined; I asked the sales manager why they wouldn't have a new key made and he gave me a song and dance about not cutting a new key since the Equus was a used car.
The reader of this review must understand the car would not start without the key. So, if on my to Carolina I locked the car and' left the key inside, I would be in trouble
Also, they did not fill the gas tank when I left.
This is not a dealer I would not recommend.
