Saved me $4,000 over a local competitor 9/6/2018

After our 10-year-old A/C unit started blowing warm air, Davis and Davis came out three times and declared it unfixable. They said we needed a complete replacement for $4,500. We called Buric out for a second opinion before dumping that kind of money. Tom correctly found the problem in about 20 minutes and did the repair for little over $400. It's run strong now for a few weeks and in the process restored our belief that honest technicians still exist in the world. Thanks for saving me $4,000!!! more

two Fujitsu a/c external units installed in 2014 6/18/2018

Recently, sadly as weather got really warm, one unit continued to pump air but it wasn't cool. It provided A/C for second-floor bedrooms. I submitted an on-line service request and Debra from the office called me. She scheduled a technician for the same day. John W arrived right on time, quickly and thoroughly checked all parts of the system, and discovered there was apparently a fluid nitrogen leak. He will confirm and schedule a return visit. John was very efficient and patient in explaining things to me the non-technician. CWJ more

Quick, efficient, professional 6/17/2018

From first contact to completion, Buric's staff and techs did an excellent job of replacing our 26 year old AC system. The quote was reasonable, the turn around time was quicker than any other contractor we contacted, and the installation caused minimal upset in the household. Would recommend them for any AC/heating needs. more

Nick always arrives on time. He has serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for several years as well as installed a new a/c unit. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. When we had a heating problem, he came out quickly to fix it. more

Great service 2/1/2017

The company and Technician Greg was recommended to me by another satisfied customer. My furnace is old and had a lot of improvised repair. Greg went through the system, consulted with the home office and made a repair that is giving us the time to prepare for an upgrade. When the replacement unit went out, Greg came back right away identified the problem and replaced the defective unit with no further problems. I look forward to a continued relationship with this company to consult and maintain our furnace when we get a new one. more

Air Conditioning Installation 1/24/2017

Nick Buric and his crew, Tom and Greg, did such a great job installing AC in my 1923 home. Nick took lots of time to discuss the pros and cons of a 2 system set up and why it would work best in my 3 story, older home. I think I got the best "bang for my buck" too. Greg and Tom worked hard and diligently always leaving my house in the best possible condition as they worked. I feared that there would be a lot of work to repair walls and floor, but there isn't! Highly recommend this company. more

Great customer service! 1/16/2017

We had an issue with the fan on our heat pump. Nic B. was able to come out and diagnose the issue. The fan motor had died and needed replacing. Nic B. had suggested the motor might be under warranty which I hadn't even thought about. It was under warranty which saved us some money. He had the part ordered and was out a couple days later to install it. His charges were reasonable and he was very professional and I had the feeling that I had called the right contractor for the job. I would highly recommend Nic B. and feel that I have a go to company if I ever need any more HVAC repairs! more
