I have this company as my alarm system provider for about 5 years for now.\r On my business location about 15000 sf and my home .\r I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude.\r I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didn't change them which was a big mistake.\r Couple days ago I asked them to come to my home to fix a sensor which didn't work and we couldn't set the alarm. They asked for a $99.00 fee and I told them after so many years of paying every single month I thought it would be nice to wave the fee.\r A lady on the phone said that we have to pay I told her I will change them and she said ok.\r Simple.\r Well today I had my house burglarized and I lost lots of electronics and jewels and a professional photo camera and a tv and other stuff.\r I let you think if it is worthy to invest your money in a company like that.\r Check out IAlarm and see their reviews. \r I will sign up with them.\r Please do your homework before you spend your money and loose your peace of mind. I had cancelled my service as I had cancelled my phone service many months earlier and they did not even know. Amazing, great security- no phone line for 8 months and they did not even know. What kind of bogus alarm system is this. So I cancelled and I continued to get bills even tho I spoke with the cancellation lady who is hard to get ahold of. Later I spoke with the boss and still continued to get bills. Still no phone line but he insisted they were monitoring a dead line they could still bill for. He also told the city of reno I still had an alarm so they continued to bill for the monitoring fee also and then sent me to collections refusing my explanation. Be warned this man may be stealing your money. I doubt I'm the only one. more
