This was the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! The women that I was transfered to, to make a payment, Sonia Green ended up hanging up on me because she started arguing with me over my debit card when there were no issues at all. When I called back to speak to a manager they already new I was calling and new my name. He was completely rude and unprofessional as well! There was no issue I was just calling to make a payment and this is what it turned into just from a company being so rude and disgustingly unprofessional! Im completely disgusted and am going to report them immediately! more

These guys will kill to get you to pay up. They call the police and send the immigration to your home. They also add over 20% more interest on the amount due. They give the word collection it's bad name. Operators refuse to identfy themselces and they cuss excessively. In short these people are the worst of the worst. Even after you pay your medical bill they call and claim you didn't . Extortionists, Liars and Thieves !!!! they should be representing politicians and lawyers. more

Full of IT !!!!! 9/12/2010

I received a billing from ""Bureau of Medical Economics"". They placed the amout I owed and to whom I owed. I paid them on line. A week later I get another bill from them stating that I owed another bill. They did not and will not tell me who their client is, the statement only stated the amount and the creditor section of the letter states: YOUR CREDITORS. Unless they disclose this information THEY WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY FROM ME---EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do they really think that I am that STUPID or that I have IDIOT written on my forehead ?????????????? BAD and I mean really BAD business practice. more

i am barely 18... and screwed 2/18/2010

ok so i have been trying to get a car loan and no company will give me credit, i have also applied for 3 credit cards... all denied. so through my bank i got identity theft protection and found this company (bureau of med economics) i have no idea what this even is. and never been notified about anything. does anyone know what i should do about this? more

Debt Collection Secrets 8/25/2009

In this time of economic hardship even a debt collection agency can fall on hard times not even the ruthless tactics of the former Bureau of Medical Economics could forestall its Merger a neccessity for this once indestructable giant based in pheonix with offices nationally BROI which incidentally is not an acronym and really has no meaning except it was expedient in a time of crises can be found ambulance pulling at a hospital near you! Worst debt collecters in town: 12/3/2008

Worst debt collecters in town: Absolutely the most outrageous debt collection agency that I have ever had the PLEASURE (HA) to do business. They use every tactic in the book mostly arrogance and rudeness. I confronted them and insisted all inquries be in writing and that they must report my payments to experian. They refused to do so. Do not bother to communicate over the phone with this company. Simply have them provide the proof that they are legitimately reporting your payments to experian and then go from there. They are morons. Cons: rude staff. unproffesional. more
